The work of the attorneys at the Law Office of Steve Graham was covered by the Spokesman-Review recently as they fought for the dismissal of criminal charges against an EWU student accused of attempting to speak to religious protesters at the campus last year. The religious protestors had received a considerable counter-protest at the school for verbally abusing students and making comments against homosexuality and transgender individuals. The law firm represented a young student who allegedly defied a police order to stay 15 feel away from the religious protestors. The motion to dismiss the charge is under advisement by the court. The Law Office of Steve Graham is representing the defendant on a pro bono basis.
