At the start of every New Year, many people make resolutions in an effort to help them stay focused the next 365 days on accomplishing their goals. INBA is no different. As your LGBT and Ally chamber of commerce, our focus is on how we can best serve you and our community all yearlong. And it’s time for us to renew that commitment.

In the year ahead, we’re excited to strengthen our outreach program, provide valuable member benefits, and advocate on behalf of the community we serve. These three initiatives keep us focused, informing every decision we make—from policy to budgeting, and staffing to event planning. And some of these have already taken shape: a stronger financial picture and budget; a growing membership and more sponsorships; increased efforts on small business and community advocacy; and greater exposure for our members.

To all our renewing members, we thank you for your unwavering support of our mission. To those joining us for the first time, we look forward to serving you. I hope to see all of you at our “Happy ReNew Year” gathering on Jan. 22 at La Rive Spa, as we kick off a new membership year and release our latest business directory.

Together, we are creating a vibrant and diverse community by advocating on behalf of LGBT and Ally business perspectives. And we look forward to doing so throughout the rest of this year, and another 20 years and beyond.
