The DSP is a private, not for profit, membership organization that serves as Spokane’s central city advocate and service provider, dedicated to enhancing the quality and vitality of Downtown Spokane as the basis for a healthy region.
Through the Downtown Plan, the DSP provides a vision and guide for the future of the urban core.
Staff engage in a year round promotional campaign inviting individuals to discover their story here.
Ambassadors are on the street six days a week assisting businesses, residents and visitors.
The DSP works with City staff and private owners to create parking efficiencies and accessibility.
