Beverly L. Anderson and David P. Gardner Commended for Commitment to Professionalism

WinCash-LogoSpokane, Wash. – Winston & Cashatt principals Beverly L. Anderson and David P. Gardner have both been recognized recently for their commitment to professionalism in the legal community.

Beverly AndersonBeverly Anderson is being honored with the 2015 Smithmoore P. Myers Professionalism Award, given by the Spokane County Bar Association. The Smithmoore P. Myers Professionalism Award is an annual recognition of those in the Spokane County legal community who model the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. The award will be presented at a dinner on March 25, 2015. Winston & Cashatt has a proud history of its attorneys receiving this award, including Richard L. Cease, Leo J. Driscoll, Nancy L. Isserlis, and Carl E. Hueber.

“Beverly is one of the brightest stars among Spokane County lawyers. She has long been the backbone of our firm, and it is highly fitting for the bar to now recognize her for her longstanding commitment to ethics and professionalism,” said Carl Hueber, Winston & Cashatt chairman of the board and former recipient of the Smithmoore P. Myers Award.

Dave Gardner_03David Gardner is the recipient of the 2015 Professionalism Award for the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Idaho State Bar. Gardner is a principal at Winston & Cashatt and has also served on the Panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the District of Idaho since January 2012; Gardner has also been active with the Washington State Bar Association Professionalism Committee, and was previously awarded the Spokane County Bar Association Volunteer Lawyer of the Year. Dave also has been named a “Rising Star” in Super Lawyers magazine for four consecutive years.
