INBA Website gets a new look, in time for Pride.

INBA is excited to announce that a new mobile-responsive website has been launched in time for Pride and to be consistent with our expanded membership, the site is using INBAChamber.org as our primary URL. The original URL, INBASpokane.org was fine for the first 19 years until the board approved reaching out to the Tri-Cities.

The major update to the website’s content is the new business directory. Each business member now has their own individual page that features a locator map. All directory page content will be managed by INBA staff.

The website was done in-house by INBA and Thinking Cap staff. The board has wanted a new site for the past few years but the timing was not right. Besides programing a new site, the back end needed chamber and customer relations features that were very expensive to implement. Adding to the wait was, INBA and Thinking Cap did not have the staff with the skills to keep the work in-house.

After launching the site last week INBA’s General Manager said: “Like all sites this large and complex, there will be bugs and hiccups to deal with after the site is launched. We feel we’ll be updating and fixing issues for the next three to five months.”
