SNAP presents: Dad's Day Dash - June 21

Formerly known as the Chase Strides for SNAP, this 5k race has attracted over 200 participants for the last two years and is expected to grow. All proceeds from this event directly benefit SNAP’s mission to provide access and connection to resources that create opportunities, with dignity, for people of low income. Always a family-friendly event, this year features a special twist with a superhero theme.Dads Day Dash 2015 handout_standard

Let’s hope those capes give you some extra speed because the Dad’s Day Dash is an official, timed, qualifying race for Bloomsday 2016 second-seed starting. Sign up as an individual or get your family and coworkers to join you in teams of four. Company teams can compete for prizes in the Corporate Challenge as well as prizes for the top overall finishers.  Include your company name when completing the registration form.

Register now at active.com $20 for registration only or $25 for registration plus a Dad’s Day Dash t-shirt. Race time will be promptly at 9:00am near the Manito Park Bench Cafe.
