The Spokane Indians hosted a ‘bring your dog to the ball game’ night last Wednesday. The proceeds from Bark in the Park supported local animal shelters including Spokane Humane Society, an INBA member.

The Spokane Human Society also hosted its annual fundraiser, Parade of Paws, earlier this month. The event had over 750 two legged walkers, over 475 four legged walkers and raised more than $40,000 for the pets of the Spokane Humane Society!

If you are interested in helping the Spokane Humane Society through monetary and/or supply donations, or volunteering, contact Jenna Carroll, Volunteer Coordinator at  (509) 467-5235 ext. 228
