Winston & Cashatt adds two new associate lawyers to the team

Winston & Cashatt is proud to welcome two new associate attorneys to its litigation team. Megan M. Marshall and Benjamin H. Rascoff will join Winston & Cashatt on July 6, 2015.

memarshallMegan M. Marshall received her undergraduate degree in English in 2008 and her law degree in 2011, both from the University of Idaho. She joins Winston & Cashatt after working at the Kootenai County Public Defender’s Office for more than 3 years. While attending law school, Megan worked at the Whitman County Prosecutor’s office and at the ACLU of Idaho. Megan’s practice primarily focuses on criminal defense, civil litigation and employment law. In her personal time, she enjoys skiing, rafting, mountain biking and camping.

bhrascoffBenjamin H. Rascoff is a 2012 graduate of Seattle University School of Law, graduating with cum laude honors. While in law school, Ben served as law clerk for Starbucks Coffee Company and the Washington State Attorney General’s office. He received his Bachelors of Science in Communication Studies from Eastern Washington University. Prior to joining Winston & Cashatt, Ben practiced law in Richland, Washington and throughout the Tri-City area. Ben’s practice will focus on personal injury, employment and labor law and commercial litigation. When away from the office, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, playing at the lake and traveling.
