
Spokane, Wash. – Winston & Cashatt is proud to welcome Molly Moffett as our newest associate attorney. Molly joins Winston & Cashatt on August 1, 2016, and her practice will focus on civil and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining Winston & Cashatt, Molly served for two years as an Assistant Attorney General in Phoenix, Arizona where she represented the Department of Child Safety. Molly is a 2013 graduate of the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University, where she received her J.D. with highest pro bono distinction, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award, and was a Willard H. Pedrick Scholar. During law school, Molly was also a judicial extern for Judge Edward F. Shea at the U. S. District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. She was also a Certified Limited Practice Student for the Diane Halle Family Protection Clinic where she assisted domestic violence victims with protection orders and family law issues.
Molly is originally from Richland, Washington, and is happy to settle back home in the Pacific Northwest. In her spare time, Molly can be found at a Crossfit class or cheering on the Gonzaga University baseball team, for whom her fiancé is a coach.
