Winston & Cashatt, Lawyers name two new Principals
Spokane, Wash. – Winston & Cashatt’s principals recently voted in Timothy R. Fisher and Lisa A. Malpass as the firm’s newest principals.

TRFTimothy R. Fischer brings to the firm a strong background in bankruptcy, real estate, commercial litigation, and corporate transactional work. Lisa has been licensed as an attorney in Washington State since 2003 and obtained admission to Idaho in 2014. In addition to her Juris Doctor from Gonzaga University School of Law, Lisa also earned a Master’s degree in Public Administration (MPA) in 2001 and a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in Government in 1994 from Eastern Washington University.
